2. Software Licensing

PlatformClouds products are sold as lifetime licenses. A lifetime license grants you the right to use the version you purchased indefinitely. Licenses are non-transferable unless explicitly permitted in writing.

• Single Site License: Valid for one production website.
• Unlimited Sites License: Valid for unlimited personal or client sites.
• Staging & Development: Unlimited staging and dev sites are allowed.

3. No Telemetry, No Tracking

PlatformClouds software contains no telemetry, no analytics, and no data collection mechanisms. All processing occurs locally on your server or device.

4. Payment Processing

Payments are securely processed through Stripe. PlatformClouds does not store or receive your credit card information. All payment data is handled according to Stripe’s policies.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are governed by the PlatformClouds Refund Policy. Please review the policy before purchasing any software product.

6. Software Updates

Lifetime licenses include access to the version purchased. Optional upgrades to new major versions may be offered in the future but are never required.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Resell or redistribute the software without permission.
• Reverse engineer, modify, or decompile the software.
• Use the software for illegal or harmful purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

PlatformClouds is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for damages arising from the use or inability to use our software or website.

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the website or software indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
