Refund Policy
PlatformClouds provides lifetime‑license digital software products. Because digital products cannot be “returned,” this refund policy explains the conditions under which refunds may or may not be granted.
1. Digital Product Nature
All PlatformClouds products — including the Omega Engine Suite, KJV Bible Search, and Refined Church — are delivered digitally and become accessible immediately after purchase. Once delivered, digital products cannot be revoked or returned.
2. All Sales Are Final
Because our products are digital and instantly accessible, all sales are final. Refunds are not provided for:
- Accidental purchases
- Change of mind
- Incompatibility with third‑party plugins or hosting environments
- Incorrect expectations about features
- Failure to read product descriptions before purchase
3. Technical Support
If you experience issues with installation or usage, PlatformClouds provides direct support via email. Most issues can be resolved quickly with proper configuration or guidance.

4. Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same product twice using the same email address, contact us within 7 days. Duplicate purchases may be refunded at our discretion.
5. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback for a valid digital purchase is considered misuse of the payment system. We reserve the right to revoke licenses and deny future purchases if a chargeback is filed without contacting us first.
