Acceptable Use

You agree not to use any PlatformClouds Product or Website in connection with illegal activities, fraud, terrorism, money laundering, sanctions violations, or any activity prohibited under applicable law. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to applicable trade sanctions and are not listed on any government restricted party list that would prohibit the sale of Products.

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms:

• "PlatformClouds" means the PlatformClouds brand and website operated by Alpha & Omega Limited.
• "Alpha & Omega Limited" means the New Zealand company that owns and operates PlatformClouds and all related products.

• "Products" means all software engines, applications, blueprint packages, documentation, and licensed materials, including: Omega Engine Suite (Performance Engine, SEO Engine, Image Engine, Security Engine Pro, Web Metrics Engine), KJV Bible Search Suite, Refined Church platform, Closed‑Loop Compressed Air Magnetic Turbine Generator (CCAMTG), Compressed Air Turbine Pump System (CAT‑50/3S), Magnetic Turbine Water Pump System (CAT‑500/350‑WP), Stainless‑Steel Skyscraper Blueprint Package, inverted reinforced‑concrete dome foundation systems, next‑generation isolation pocket shock absorber arrays, tubular stainless‑steel frame systems, routing frameworks, and all architectural & structural engineering packages.
• "Licenses" means all usage rights granted for digital products, including Digital Edition, Commercial License, and Enterprise License tiers.
• "You" / "User" means any individual or organization accessing the Website or using any Product.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the PlatformClouds Website and all Products only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

• All software products, digital downloads, documentation, and technical resources.
• All license tiers, including Digital, Commercial, and Enterprise licenses.
• All architectural and structural engineering blueprint packages.
• All conceptual engineering systems, CAD files, schematics, and technical documentation.
• All customer support, documentation, licensing assistance, and related services.

3. Website Use & Acceptable Conduct

By using the Website, you agree to:

• Use the Website only for lawful purposes.
• Not attempt to breach, bypass, or interfere with security, hosting, or infrastructure.

Each Product is licensed, not sold. You receive usage rights under the specific license tier purchased (e.g., Digital Edition, Commercial License, Enterprise License), subject to these Terms and any product‑specific license statements displayed on the Website or within documentation.

5. License Grant & Usage Rights

Subject to full payment and compliance with these Terms, Alpha & Omega Limited grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased Product in accordance with this Agreement.

Unless otherwise specified in writing, all Products are licensed under a standard usage model that permits:

• Internal use, research, and evaluation of Product materials.
• Provision of Product materials to qualified professionals (engineers, architects, contractors).
• Modification of designs strictly for real-world implementation and compliance.
• Construction or manufacturing of a physical system based on the Product.

This license applies to the Product (design files and documentation) and does not transfer ownership of intellectual property. The physical system created from the Product is not restricted by this license, except where expressly stated.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute Product files, documentation, or blueprint materials as standalone assets.
• Claim authorship or ownership of PlatformClouds Products or engineering systems.
• Use Products for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
• Remove, obscure, or alter copyright notices, trademarks, or attribution statements.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code from compiled software where not permitted by law.
• Use architectural & structural engineering packages as construction‑ready designs without professional engineering validation.

7. Architectural & Structural Engineering Packages

PlatformClouds provides conceptual and technically grounded architectural & structural engineering packages, including but not limited to:

• Stainless‑Steel Skyscraper Blueprint Package.
• Closed‑Loop Compressed Air Magnetic Turbine Generator (CCAMTG) — conceptual generator system.
• Compressed Air Turbine Pump System (CAT‑50/3S) — conceptual air‑handling & compression system.
• Magnetic Turbine Water Pump System (CAT‑500/350‑WP) — conceptual high‑head turbine pump.
• Inverted reinforced‑concrete dome foundation systems.
• Next‑generation isolation pocket shock absorber arrays.
• Tubular stainless‑steel frame systems and routing frameworks.

All such packages are provided as conceptual engineering systems and design frameworks, not as final construction-ready designs. Final structural bracing, stiffness optimization, member sizing, seismic detailing, soil-structure interaction analysis, code compliance, and all other engineering, architectural, geotechnical, mechanical, electrical, and regulatory requirements must be independently completed, verified, and approved by appropriately qualified licensed professionals in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, standards, and local building codes before any real-world construction, manufacturing, installation, or implementation.

Alpha & Omega Limited and PlatformClouds accept no liability for any construction, implementation, or physical deployment based on these conceptual packages without full professional engineering validation.

8. Payment, Pricing & Taxes

All Product purchases are processed through secure payment providers (including Stripe Payment Links) as displayed on the Website. By completing a purchase, you agree:

• To provide accurate billing information.
• That prices are listed in the stated currency (e.g., USD) and may change without prior notice.
• That you are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or regulatory fees in your jurisdiction.
• That all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated in a specific refund policy for a given Product.

• Support does not include custom development, bespoke engineering design, or guaranteed outcomes.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, software, documentation, blueprint materials, diagrams, images, and technical narratives provided by PlatformClouds and Alpha & Omega Limited are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

• You receive a license to use Products; you do not acquire ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
• All trademarks, logos, and brand names (including PlatformClouds, Omega Engine Suite, KJV Bible Search, Refined Church, and related marks) remain the property of Alpha & Omega Limited.
• Unauthorized copying, redistribution, or commercial exploitation of Product materials is strictly prohibited.

Ownership of Physical Systems

Ownership of any physical system constructed using a Product belongs to the party that commissions or builds the system.

However, all underlying designs, schematics, CAD files, and engineering concepts remain the exclusive intellectual property of Alpha & Omega Limited.

11A. Patent Restrictions & Prohibition on IP Filings

All Products, including all engineering systems, architectural packages, turbine systems, pump systems, generator systems, structural frameworks, CAD files, diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation, are proprietary works owned exclusively by Alpha & Omega Limited and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited license to use these materials. You are not granted any ownership rights, inventorship rights, or intellectual property rights of any kind.

You agree that you shall not, directly or indirectly:

• File or attempt to file any patent, provisional patent, utility model, or similar intellectual property claim based on any Product.
• Use any Product, in whole or in part, as the basis for any intellectual property application.
• Modify, adapt, or derive any system for the purpose of claiming ownership or inventorship.
• Submit any Product materials to any patent office, registry, or authority.
• Assist any third party in attempting to claim intellectual property rights over any Product.

Any attempt to claim intellectual property rights in violation of this section constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate termination of all licenses, revocation of access, and may result in legal action.

11B. Real-World Build Limitation

Each Product license permits the construction of unless otherwise stated in the Product License or Enterprise Agreement of the system, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Additional builds, replication, mass production, or manufacturing for distribution require separate licensing or written authorization from Alpha & Omega Limited.

• You may not mass-produce systems based on a single license.
• You may not commercially manufacture or distribute multiple units without authorization.
• You may not use the Product as the basis for commercial product lines or resale systems.

11C. No Professional Advice

All Products, including software systems, engineering models, architectural packages, and technical documentation, are provided for informational, conceptual, and research purposes only.

Nothing provided by PlatformClouds or Alpha & Omega Limited constitutes professional engineering, architectural, financial, legal, or regulatory advice.

You must obtain independent advice and validation from qualified professionals before relying on any Product for real-world use, construction, manufacturing, or decision-making.

11D. Export & Regulatory Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and export controls in your jurisdiction when using any Product.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that any use, transfer, or implementation of Products complies with local laws, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

12. Warranties & Disclaimers

All Products and Website content are provided on an "as‑is" and "as‑available" basis, without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non‑infringement.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alpha & Omega Limited, PlatformClouds, and their directors, officers, and engineers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Any physical construction, prototyping, or real‑world deployment of turbine systems (CCAMTG, CAT‑50/3S, CAT‑500/350‑WP) without full professional engineering validation.
• Any physical construction or structural implementation of architectural packages (including the Stainless‑Steel Skyscraper Blueprint Package) without qualified engineering sign‑off.
• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities.
• Loss of data, files, or digital assets.
• Construction defects, structural failures, or physical damage arising from unvalidated use of conceptual engineering packages.
• Any claims arising from misuse, misconfiguration, or unauthorized modification of Products.

In all cases, the total aggregate liability of Alpha & Omega Limited for any claim related to a specific Product shall be limited to the amount you paid for that Product.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Alpha & Omega Limited, PlatformClouds, and their officers, directors, and engineers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of:

• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your use of conceptual turbine systems (CCAMTG, CAT‑50/3S, CAT‑500/350‑WP) without proper professional validation.

• Your use of conceptual engineering packages without proper professional validation.

If any conflict exists between these Terms & Conditions and a Product License Agreement, the Product License Agreement governs only the licensing of that Product, while these Terms continue to govern Website use and purchases.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Product License Agreement, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy (where applicable), and any policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Alpha & Omega Limited relating to your use of PlatformClouds and supersede all prior discussions, communications, representations, understandings, and agreements relating to the Website.

27. Survival
