Omega Web Metrics 2.0.0
Latest Release: 19 August 2026
Omega Web Metrics 2.0.0 is a local, administrator-triggered WordPress diagnostic engine built to examine measurable site and configuration facts across performance, rendered images, SEO, security, UX/accessibility markup, and plugin footprint.
PlatformClouds provides this concise product overview and purchase access. For the complete current specifications, documentation, release details, and technical architecture, visit the official Omega Web Apps product page.
Six Focused Diagnostic Areas
Version 2.0.0 runs its diagnostic engines only when an authorized WordPress administrator requests them. It does not perform automatic heavy scans during ordinary public page views.
- Performance Diagnostics — server-side homepage request duration, HTTP status, HTML size, resource counts, external hosts, Cache-Control and Content-Encoding.
- Rendered Image Audit — alt attributes, dimensions, srcset, lazy loading, modern image sources, external images and Media Library image count.
- SEO Diagnostics — title, description, canonical, robots, viewport, H1 count, JSON-LD count and Open Graph presence.
- Security Diagnostics — HTTPS, security headers and conservative WordPress configuration checks.
- UX / Accessibility — static markup checks for language, viewport, main landmark, form labels and image alt attributes.
- Plugin Footprint — bounded static source sampling for PHP footprint and selected WordPress integration markers.
Measured Facts — Not Fabricated Browser Metrics
Omega Web Metrics 2.0.0 deliberately separates server/static diagnostics from measurements that require a real browser runtime. It does not invent FCP, LCP, CLS, INP or TBT values from static HTML.
Browser Core Web Vitals and runtime interaction measurements should be verified with browser-based tools such as Lighthouse or CrUX. Omega reports the site facts its WordPress/server-side scanners can actually observe.
Local-First, Administrator-Controlled Architecture
- No ordinary public-page scan execution
- No external AI or API-key dependency for the diagnostic engine
- No external vulnerability-service dependency in the 2.0.0 scanner architecture
- No telemetry required by the core diagnostic engine
- Administrator scan actions require WordPress capability checks and action-specific nonces
- Optional REST support is disabled by default and remains administrator-protected when enabled
- No normal frontend CSS or JavaScript is added by the diagnostics engine
Performance Diagnostics
The performance scanner makes a controlled request to the WordPress homepage and reports server/page-delivery facts rather than pretending to reproduce browser laboratory measurements.
- HTTP response status
- Server-side homepage request duration
- HTML response bytes
- Script, link and image element counts
- External resource hosts
- Cache-Control response header
- Content-Encoding response header
Bounded Plugin Footprint Analysis
The previous “plugin impact” concept has been replaced with a more accurate bounded static footprint analysis. It samples active plugin source within configurable limits and reports code/integration markers without claiming that static source inspection proves runtime CPU cost, database query time, vulnerability status or UX impact.
- PHP files sampled
- PHP bytes sampled
- WordPress hook registrations
- AJAX markers
- REST route markers
- Cron markers
- Remote HTTP markers
- Bounded footprint index
Manual Scans, Baselines & History
Authorized administrators can run a Full Scan or individual diagnostic engines, save a baseline for later comparison, and review retained scan history from the WordPress dashboard.
- Run Full Scan
- Run & Save Baseline
- Run individual diagnostic engines
- Retained scan history
- Configurable history retention
- Administrator-protected scan and delete actions
